Term and Conditions

1- Reservation and Payment


 
Our
tours are bookable directly on our website you will receive and invoice about your payment, deposit and the remaining amount or the full price invoice.
 
You can also send us your request for more custom tour our team will answer you request within 24 hours, once you are satisfied with your custom program and the price. you will receive a proforma invoice your confirmation should be at least 10 days before the starting date.
 
If you chose to pay a deposit (30%) the remaining price should be paid before the start of your tour.
 
Other condition should be negotiated before the booking.
 
You can pay by Paypal, Master card, and other online payment but you can also by a Bank transfer, we will send you the information about our bank account or you can find them while booking one of our tours.
 
In case you paid by a Bank transfer please scan and send us the transfer receipt by Email or Fax. 

2- Specific Request by Customers.

 
Our team will do the best to make all your specific requests possible but we can not promise, especially in high seasons where reservation in specific places (hotels, riads, guest houses) are impossible.

3- Cancellations and cost refunding.

 
Our customers can cancel the tours, that depends on the date of cancellation.
 
More than 45 days before the departure of the tour : 15 € per person administration fees.
 
In a case of the cancellation in less than 45 days, Deposit in Non-Refundable but it can be used as a “credit deposit” for the other booking within 6 months from the start date of the first booking.
 
The Credit deposit can be used for any other tour as long as the customer send us a request email 30 days before the next booking.
 
In case the cancellation is done 30 days to 20 days before the start date, the customer must pay 50% of the Total invoice.
 
In case the cancellation is done 19 days to 10 days before departure, the client must pay 75% of the Total invoice.
 
In case it’s less than 9 days the customer must pay the 100% of the Total invoice.

4- Insurance

 
Noble Explorer has it’s own Travel insurance that does not mean that it covers every situation that could happen.
 
We positively recommend to anyone who travels with us to have his or her travel insurance that covers more case like curtailment, luggage loss, medical emergency, including repatriation, cancellation and stays interruption, and so on.

5- Legal Documents :

 
One of the duties of the traveller to have a valid passport and any visa if it’s mandatory.

6- Noble Explorer Responsibilities

 
Noble explore LLC Licence LP: N° 43P/15 is responsible for making agreements for all services ordered and paid customers (Accommodation , Transportation, Activities, Guides etc )
 
Noble explorer LLC can not be taken responsible for the mandatory or required documents from the Moroccan government or for the loss of any of the travel legal documents of the participants. The company or any of its team can not be held responsible for the loss of luggage or items, bad weather.
